2.6.5.1 V.24 Interface Signal Levels and Pin Assignments
The signal levels and connector pin assignments correspond to the VDE
Guidelines 2880, Page 2, for programmable logic controllers, process and
data interfaces.
Signal level (data line):
logical 1 --> -15 V to -3 V
logical 0 --> +3 V to +15 V
Signal level (signalling and control line):
active --> +3 V to +15 V
passive --> -15 V to -3 V
